As a young talent, you're right in the midst of the events: We attach particular importance to practical experience, which you will gain in various fields of application. You develop projects yourself and implement them – either together with your team colleagues or completely on your own. A personal network is essential in professional life. Therefore, we organise regular apprentice meetings and an annual excursion with the other apprentices in the company.
Of course, for the practical part of the apprenticeship we follow the framework of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). For the theoretical education we work closely with the respective vocational schools in Munich and Freising. You can also continue your personal development during your training thanks to specialised training and seminars.
All our Young Talents are assigned to an HR contact person, and a training officer for professional development and feedback interviews. We will accompany you particularly closely during the last six months in order to talk to you about a possible hiring.
