We believe in your skills and your ideas – from day one. After all, we don't call our youngest team members Young Talents for no reason.

Your talent – our know-how

As a young talent, you're right in the midst of the events: We attach particular importance to practical experience, which you will gain in various fields of application. You develop projects yourself and implement them – either together with your team colleagues or completely on your own. A personal network is essential in professional life. Therefore, we organise regular apprentice meetings and an annual excursion with the other apprentices in the company.

Of course, for the practical part of the apprenticeship we follow the framework of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). For the theoretical education we work closely with the respective vocational schools in Munich and Freising. You can also continue your personal development during your training thanks to specialised training and seminars.

All our Young Talents are assigned to an HR contact person, and a training officer for professional development and feedback interviews. We will accompany you particularly closely during the last six months in order to talk to you about a possible hiring.

We offer the following apprenticeships annually on 01 September

 

Media designer image and sound (3 years)

Comprises the entire range of studio production (e.g. camera, sound, lighting, direction) and postproduction.

IT specialist for system integration (3 years)

Includes IT Infrastructure, IT Security and IT Network & Communication Systems.

IT specialist for application development (3 years)

Includes data engineering, media and production systems and provider management.

 

Your qualifications

University entry qualification (Abitur) or a very good secondary school graduation certificate and real enthusiasm for the relevant subject. First experiences in the respective field through internships or private interest are always welcome.

If you have convinced us in the video interview, we will invite you to a personal recruiting day in the next step, where you can convince us of yourself in practical tests on site and in a personal interview.
