What is the corporate culture at ProSiebenSat.1 and what values are practised?
The following five values form the basis of our corporate culture: innovation, courage, passion, goal-orientation and responsibility. They guide our decisions, characterise our actions, connect us across segment boundaries and are reflected in numerous facets of our work. We also have an open corporate culture, on a first-name basis and without a dress code.
 

What flexible working models do you offer?
Our hybrid working model NWOW offers four different working models that define the most important parameters for collaboration. What does the application process at ProSiebenSat.1 look like?

How can I see if my application has been received correctly?
You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us when we have received your documents. You can view the status of your application at any time in your applicant profile.
 

Can I withdraw my application if I have changed my mind in the meantime?
If your application is no longer relevant, you can withdraw it at any time in your applicant profile or contact us at career@prosiebensat1.com.
 

Can I also send an unsolicited application if no suitable position is advertised?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unsolicited applications. However, if there is no suitable position for you at the moment, you are welcome to use our JobAlert in the job advert to be informed as soon as a suitable position for you is online again.
 

Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?
If you are interested in several of our vacancies, you can of course apply for several positions at the same time. A little tip: Firstly, concentrate on the three positions that interest you the most.
 

What happens after my application?
Once we have received your documents, we will check them and forward them to the relevant specialist department. This may take some time. However, we will get in touch as soon as we have feedback for you. If your profile is interesting for the position, we will then invite you to an initial interview to get to know you better.

Is there a dress code for the interview?
No, we don't have a dress code. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable.
 

Where does the interview take place?
Our first interview takes place virtually via Teams. This means you can dial in from the comfort of your own home. It is also possible to meet in person at a second interview. You will receive further information from your recruiter.
 

Will my travel expenses be reimbursed if I am on site?
In principle, we are happy to cover your travel expenses to the interview. You will receive more information together with the invitation to the interview.

What entry opportunities are there at ProSiebenSat.1?

Are part-time positions also available?
Yes, part-time positions are explicitly advertised on our job portal. 
 

What are the chances of being taken on after an apprenticeship, traineeship or trainee programme?
Usually very high, as we assess the potential for further employment in our company in addition to the existing skills when selecting personnel. If this is confirmed, we aim to take them on. Many long-standing and successful careers at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group began with an apprenticeship, during their studies or with participation in a trainee programme or traineeship.
 

What development opportunities do I have at ProSiebenSat.1?
The further development of our employees is very important to us. As part of the ProSiebenSat.1 Academy, our employees can take advantage of internal and external seminars and participate in regular lectures and workshops. Thanks to our cooperation with LinkedIn Learning, thousands of professional video training courses are available in seven languages. In our "Up2Me" process, regular goal and development discussions are held between employees and managers to make mutual expectations and perspectives transparent.
