The average age of ProSiebenSat.1 employees was 38.4 years as of December31,2023 (previous year: 37.7 years). A balanced ratio of women and men in the Company and in management positions also contributes to diversity. In 2023, 49.9 percent (previous year: 50.1 percent) of the Group's employees were female.
