Our corporate culture should be characterized by openness and respect. ProSiebenSat.1 Group values the diversity that our employees bring to the Company in terms of individual characteristics, talents and abilities.

For this reason, we consider diversity to be an important success factor for our Company. ProSiebenSat.1 Group signed the Diversity Charter in 2014 and follows its guidelines accordingly. In doing so, we are underlining our commitment to creating a working environment that is free of prejudice and exclusion and promotes diversity among employees in concrete terms.

We recruit employees at all hierarchical levels exclusively on the basis of objective criteria and promote employees solely on the basis of their competencies. Other factors such as origin and culture, age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, disability, religion and ideology are not considered to be relevant attributes in the recruitment process. The average age of ProSiebenSat.1 employees was 36.9 years as of December31,2020 (previous year: 36.8 years). A balanced ratio of women and men in the Company and in management positions also contributes to diversity. In 2020, 49.2 percent of employees in the Group were female (previous year: 49.4 percent).

Our Female-Network "fempowerment"

Founded on International Women's Day, March 08, 2021, our fempowerment network aims to initiate a Group-wide exchange and provide a network where female employees can make valuable contacts and share knowledge and experience. Every female employee who wants to get involved and become active is welcome.
