In doing so, we support our partner companies in a wide range of growth phases.

SevenAccelerator

If you're passionate about market trends, early-stage companies and startups, and want to make small brands big, you'll be a perfect fit for our SevenAccelerator team. Here, we focus on companies in the seed/series A financing phase, which we support with convertible loans and individual media packages. As part of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group and as one of the leading accelerator programs in Germany and Austria - with over 30 early-stage B2C companies in our portfolio -, we have the necessary expertise and access to premium media to make start-ups successful in Germany and Austria.

SevenVentures

Here, SevenVentures comes into play. As part of a leading TV media investor worldwide, you respond individually to the needs of our partner companies and support them in scaling already proven business models of high-growth companies and further establishing the respective brand in the market. Our investment models, such as media-for-equity, exit investments and media-for-revenue, offer the necessary flexibility to finance the media packages tailored to the partner - also between financing rounds.

SevenGrowth/ NuCom Group

If strategic minority and majority investments are your passion, SevenGrowth and NuCom Group are the right place for you. These teams invest in established as well as more mature companies to strategically expand our portfolio and create synergies and value for the entire group. In doing so, we contribute directly to the success of the company and manage the entire investment process - from initial commercial negotiations with the companies to the integration into our Group.

No matter which team you choose - we all work in a highly dynamic, strongly self-reliant, goal-oriented manner and in partnership with our companies. You will gain insights into a wide range of areas, both at our partner companies as well as with us: from campaign planning and execution, to the development of an individual deal construct, to contract negotiations and transactions. As an investment or M&A manager, you will be involved at first hand and drive these topics forward.

You are a numbers-driven and assertive character with an independent way of working and excellent analytical skills. You have high emotional intelligence and are an excellent team player who also enjoys collaborating with others on deals and coordinating issues across divisions.
