Jan, Associate Legal Counsel

When business models are created and changed, the legal framework has to be set and adapted. Therefore, we work closely with the operative business.

Well advised under media law

A good idea can only become a functioning idea if it has been legally reviewed and secured. As lawyers, we are very close to the operative business, regularly exchange ideas with other departments within the company and are involved in all processes at an early stage. For this reason, our legal department is structured according to the three pillars of the group: Entertainment, Content Production & Sales and Commerce. In order to be able to advise as directly and competently as possible, all relevant legal areas from media, copyright and trademark law via corporate law, M&A and IT law to data protection and employment law are covered in-house by specialised departments. This results in a variety of tasks and questions that make our daily work particularly interesting and varied. Here no day is like the other.

Your profile

If you are just as interested in files and sections as you are in technical innovations, media, trends and entertainment, you will fit into the team – that is a prerequisite for successfully participating in media policy discussions and being able to competently advise and convince the dialogue partners.

Likewise advantageous: dynamic and future-oriented thinking to not only keep pace with the constantly changing industry, but to be at least one step ahead. In return you get an exceptional working environment with people who do their job with enthusiasm and passion. And you could be one of them.
