We are PROUD!

Launched as an employee initiative, PROUD is P7S1's LGBTIQ network. Our goal is to further promote an inclusive corporate culture, give the community a voice, and position ourselves as an employer as well as the employer brand. The network is managed by a project team with a grassroots approach. PROUD is thus an essential asset for bringing diversity to life in the Group.

Against exclusion - for diversity!

Our aim is to align processes and structures of organizations in such a way that all employees experience appreciation and are motivated to contribute their potential. Against this backdrop, ProSiebenSat.1 Group signed the Diversity Charter in 2014. We are thus underlining our commitment to creating a working environment that is free of prejudice and exclusion and that concretely promotes diversity among employees. Our internal guidelines also stipulate that employees at all hierarchical levels are hired exclusively according to objective criteria and promoted solely on the basis of their competencies.
