ProSiebenSat.1 is one of the most dynamic media companies in Europe and one of the leading entertainment providers in the German‑speaking region.

Our strategic focus is on our core business Entertainment, with the clear objective of positioning ProSiebenSat.1 as a leading entertainment provider in the DACH region. We connect our linear TV channels with our streaming platform Joyn as well as selected third‑party platforms to distribute content where people actually consume it. In doing so, we follow a simple principle: "Viewers and Users First."

To further advance the Group’s digital transformation, ProSiebenSat.1 has been organized into two segments: Entertainment and Commerce & Dating.

Entertainment

From lighthouse formats such as "Wer stiehlt mir die Show?" and "the Masked Singer" to successful in-house productions such as "Germany's Next Topmodel – by Heidi Klum": We offer the best entertainment – whenever, wherever and on any device. In the Entertainment segment, ProSiebenSat.1 bundles its linear and digital entertainment platforms as well as its entire content, distribution and marketing business. In addition to the TV channels and Joyn, this also includes adjacent activities such as SevenVentures, SevenAccelerator and Marktguru.

Commerce & Ventures

The Commerce & Dating segment combines our commerce investments with the Dating & Video business. This includes brands such as flaconi, Jochen Schweizer, mydays and Aroundhome, as well as dating and video platforms such as Parship, eharmony, LOVOO, MeetMe and Skout. The segment is complemented by further digital business models, including AdTech companies such as Virtual Minds and the creator network Studio71 in the United States.

Pan-European media network

Since September 2025, ProSiebenSat.1 has been part of MFE‑MEDIAFOREUROPE and thus part of one of the Europe's largest media networks. This strengthens our position in the DACH region and opens up additional opportunities for cooperation, scaling and technological development.
