Exchanging, informing, learning from each other: Recently, we hosted the second edition of our P7S1 OKR Day, bringing enthusiastic colleagues from various departments of the company together for a day filled with learning and collaboration.

As Associate Director Data & AI Strategy, Sarah has been part of ProSiebenSat.1 for six months. In the interview, she gives insights into why she appreciates coffee talks with our developers so much, what our “AI Ambassador Circle” is all about and what new colleagues can look forward to in her team. 

 Niklas is part of our AI team as an Associate Machine Learning Engineer. In his role, he helps our colleagues work even more efficiently. On October 25, he will provide insights into the topic of "GenAI-Enabling" at the ITCS Tech Fair. In our next "Spotlight on Tech", he will share more about it with us.

From 17 to 25 June 2023, Berlin hosted the Special Olympics World Games 2023 - an international sports festival that brings the world together and promotes the message of inclusion and participation for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. As a proud member of a media alliance, we actively supported this important event and set an example for inclusion and diversity.

We are passionate about the topics we tackle and proud of what we create. Passion is our constant companion. It motivates us to resolutely reach our goals, forge ahead with determination and always give of our best. The bigger the challenge, the greater our will to succeed. “No can do” is not part of our vocabulary!

We see change as an opportunity. We question the status quo whenever and wherever it makes sense. We learn from our mistakes. We boldly stand up for what we believe in – irrespective of titles or hierarchies. We trust in our own capabilities and those of our colleagues. We share an awareness and understanding of our goals and know which to prioritize. We always strive for the best solution. Yet we are prepared to compare goals and priorities, adapt these to current events and make adjustments if necessary.

We take our social responsibility as a media company seriously and consciously champion relevant issues. We set out to create public awareness and stimulate debate – in our own unique way. Sustainable thinking is the key to the future. And that includes our own. That’s why we act sustainably – both inwardly and outwardly. “We” is more important to us than “I”.
