We want our Group to operate in an inclusive, sustainable, environmentally and socially responsible manner and, as a media company, not only represent a cosmopolitan, democratic, diverse society, but also promote it. A society that is characterized by openness and respect and excludes no one. We value the diversity that our employees bring to the company in terms of individual characteristics, talents and skills. That is why we expressly support initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion. Back in 2014, we signed the Diversity Charter and follow the guidelines set out in it. We are also part of the "Media for Diversity" alliance. In terms of programming, we set clear priorities, whether with "Queen of Drags" or other formats. We know we can do even better, and we're working on it. That's why socio-political discourse is also important to us, and why we want to set impulses and broaden our own perspective.
