Our strategists drive the further development of strategies and portfolios. We have a central group strategy as well as decentralised strategic units for the respective division or asset. In close cooperation with our board members and the respective management, we develop solutions for strategic issues. To this end, we prepare meaningful and high-quality analyses of internal data as well as current market trends and benchmarks of our competitors. In addition, we manage and track complex strategic and confidential projects and measures. We assess various options for action according to their strategic and economic impact. Thus, we are always at the pulse of digital transformation and aim to continue our profitable growth in the future.
