At ProSiebenSat.1 you will not only get to know your focus area, but also other departments in detail.

As a rule, a trainee programme lasts 18 months – and can begin at any time. Which departments you will pass through in your trainee programme with us will be determined individually and with regard to your interests, knowledge and development potential. In this way you can accompany a complete project within the focus of your traineeship from several perspectives. This will better teach you the overall context and the intersections in practice.

As a trainee, you will be one of our Young Talents and will benefit from our internal junior development programme and a large network. We also offer a Trainee Day four times a year to which we invite speakers from the Executive Board, management, potential rotation departments and our affiliates. The perfect opportunity to gather new knowledge and exchange ideas!

All our Young Talents are supported during their training by an HR contact person and a manager from the specialist department. Whether technical or organisational issues – colleagues are always ready to listen and to help you with words and deeds.

We offer trainee programmes in the following areas:
Marketing & Sales, Finance, IT & Tech, Human Resources and Project Management.

Your qualifications

A completed degree and initial practical experience in relevant areas. In addition: enthusiasm for the respective topics of the department as well as the media industry in general.

Here you can introduce yourself briefly – and we will get a personal impression of you.
